Teksa në Tiranë janë zhvilluar protesta të dhunshme për dorëheqjen e Qeverisë socialiste, pas 48 orëve relativisht të qeta, kryeministri Edi Rama ka ndërmarrë një nismë politike duke kërkuar dorëheqjet e parevokueshme të drejtuesve të institucioneve nëpër ministri. Sipas burimeve për Report TV, aktualisht përjashtohen nga dorëheqjet tre institucione: Policia, Arsimi dhe Shëndetësia, ndërsa të gjithë të tjerët do të përfshihen në një operacion rinovimi. Por si do të funksionojë ky rinovim? Gjithnjë sipas burimeve për Report Tv mësohet se kryeministri Rama u ka kërkuar sot ministrave të kërkojnë dorëheqjet e drejtorëve, që janë në varësi të tyre. Bashkë me dorëheqjen çdo drejtor duhet të dorëzojë listën e punëve që ka bërë në krye të detyrës, duke treguar performancën e tij. Në këtë mënyrë mund të fitojë të drejtën për të rikandiduar në pozicionin që mban, por vetëm pas një shqyrtimi që do të bëhet nga Minisrja e re e Adminstratës Publike, Adea Prideni. Ky operacion filtrimi do të lejojë identifikimin dhe emërimin e drejtorëve të rinj që mund të vijnë edhe nga shoqëria civile ose nga pjesa e tjetër e shoqërisë, që deri më sot nuk kanë marrë pjesë në administratën publike. Qëllimi i operacionit, sipas burimeve, mbetet thithja në Administratën shtetërore jo përmes kompromiseve politike, por përmes meritokracisë. Një veprim të tillë kryeministri Edi Rama e ndërmori edhe në korrik të vitit 2025, rreth 2 muaj pas zgjedhjeve parlamentare të 11 majit. Ai urdhëroi disa kryebashkiakë që të shkarkonin drejtorët e bashkive që ata drejtonin, për shkak të problematikave të shumta në qytet që lidheshin kryesisht me mungesën e furnizimit me ujë, ndërtimet pa leje, nivelin e pastërtisë, etj. Menjëherë pas urdhrit të Ramës, asokohe 21 drejtorë të Bashkisë së Vlorës firmosën dorëheqjet. 3 - Ndertimi (infrastrukture) - Bids mailed or hand-delivered shall be in a sealed opaque envelope with the notation "SEALED BID ENCLOSED".
